Grantmakers

Choose a participation package to incorporate the Cultural Data Profile: 

Basic Service
  • Choose one of  four stock Funder Reports to review applicant information
  • Includes set up,  implementation, and launch support  
Full Service
  • Work with DataArts nonprofit finance and technical specialists to choose the Funder Report that best suits your needs
  • Includes set up, implementation, and launch support  
  • Unlimited  self-service access to data:  
    1. All applicant  data and progress toward completion
    2. Analytic reports
    3. Aggregated  national data for comparison
    4. Data exports
  • Orientation to  the grantmaker dashboard
  • Grantmaker Support Center live agent access
  • DataArts account manager
  • Subscription to  the Cultural Data Profile Application Program Interface (API). This integrates CDP submission progress and applicant information into your grants management system and gives you access to continuously updated, real time reporting.
  • Two training sessions for applicants, staff or grant panels, or eight hours of data preparation

  • Subscription to the Cultural Data Profile Application Program Interface (API). This integrates CDP submission progress and applicant information into your grants management system and gives you access to continuously updated, real time reporting. 
  • A list module allows grantmakers to create a query based on a set of criteria that will be saved in the system. The queries can be shared with other users within your organization.
  • Online or in-person trainings for your applicants, staff, or grant panels  
  • Data processing and/or preparation  
  • An Advocacy Portal offers access to aggregated information in a customizable report. This portal allows our partner service organizations to access and use the lists functionality to build Advocacy Lists, which can be used to run reports on aggregate information for organizations in the list.
