Once you have completed a Cultural Data Profile survey, you can use that information for a grant application by generating a Funder Report. You may also preview a draft Funder Report if you would like to view your formatted data before you are ready to share this information with your grantmaker. Read the Full Article
Many organizations have financial statements with the balance sheet in a single column format. A disaggregated balance sheet is a financial statement presentation format that shows balance sheet items–assets, liabilities, and net assets–in separate columns by restriction type. This is an acceptable format under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (also referred to as GAAP) and is required by the CDP for organizations who receive a financial audit or review. The revenue, expense, and balance sheet sections all start with Audit Totals. Audit Totals should be entered directly from your audit or review. We will use these numbers to verify that your data is entered accurately by comparing them to the totals that calculate at the bottom of each financial section. Read the Full Article
