This graduate studies program offers a unique and innovative approach to arts management by combining courses from Cox School of Business and Meadows School of the Arts here at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
This program is ideal for those interested in furthering their career in arts management or those who hold a bachelor’s degree and interested are in a career change. The curriculum is designed to prepare students with the skills and knowledge required to think like an executive and make data-driven decisions to advance arts and culture anywhere in the world.
SMU DataArts, in collaboration with the Arts Management and Arts Entrepreneurship Division at Meadows School of the Arts, is offering a scholarship to candidates for the M.A./M.B.A. in Arts Management program at SMU.
Recipients of this scholarship will work closely with our Director, Zannie Voss, in developing an independent research study and will intern as Research Assistants for SMU DataArts.

Step 1:
All candidates for this scholarship must first apply and be admitted to the M.A./M.B.A. in Arts Management program.
Step 2:
Once admitted into the program, send an inquiry about how to apply for the scholarship to mkeene@smu.edu with the subject line: SMU DataArts Scholarship.
Applications will be evaluated on analysis of academic and professional record, analysis of admissions requirements indicated above, and results of the M.A./M.B.A. selection process.
The awarded scholarship amount is final and at the discretion of the M.A./M.B.A. Admission Committee.
