Ben brings a strong background in arts administration and grant support to his role at SMU DataArts. He has been serving the users of SMU DataArts since 2019; first as a Support Center Specialist before transitioning to the role of Research Support Specialist in 2025.

Outside of SMU DataArts, Ben serves as a Grants Coordinator for Theatre Prometheus and has been an active grant panelist for the Philadelphia Cultural Fund and the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts. His previous experience includes house management at Dorset Theatre Festival. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Susquehanna University.
