Melissa Fetter

Community Volunteer

Melissa Fetter is a community volunteer and the founder and owner of Beacon Hill Books & Cafe (@beaconhillbooksandcafe) in
Boston, MA. With an interest in equitable access to the arts, education and public broadcasting, Melissa is a current Vice-Chair of the NPR Foundation, a trustee and Chair of the Development Committee of Boston’s NPR affiliate, WBUR, a trustee of the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, a trustee of the Boston Athenaeum and the Chair of the Cantor Center for the Visual Arts at her alma mater, Stanford University. Melissa is also a founding member of the Smithsonian’s American Women’s History Museum Advisory Board. In her early career, Melissa was a Vice President at JPMorgan. She is married to Trevor Fetter and they have two adult children.
